Should I, shan't I? It's eating away at me so I think I should. What you ask? Tell you about my need for a legal expert.
I'm extremely peeved at what I can clearly see is alleged plagiarism (alleged for legal purposes) of my work. In April, I posted a request for a "Copyright Infringement Solicitor" to look into a case I felt I had against a prominent British television company; the BBC. I sent them a manuscript for a drama serial entitled "Syndicate". It was the story of a group of workers and what happens to them after their lottery syndicate won a large sum of money. There were many similarities to the recently broadcast serial "The Syndicate" which was penned after the BBC had received my manuscript. Three solicitors I communicated with about the matter thought I had a good case, but were unwilling to proceed on a 'no win, no fee' basis, so hence my plea in April. Ah, well.
